Silo Lifetime
Starter for life, you bring the sending.
Pay $97 once and keep Silo's Starter limits for the life of the product: up to 10,000 contacts and 100,000 sends a month (fair use), with every feature. You connect your own Amazon SES or SMTP account, so Silo never charges per email.
Checkout is Stripe's secure page. 30-day refund on any payment. Limited to the first 200 licences.
The offer
One payment. Starter for life.
| What you buy | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Silo Lifetime | $97 | Starter limits for life: 10,000 contacts, 100,000 sends a month (fair use), 1 sender domain and 1 tracking domain, every feature. |
- The price is $97, once. Silo charges nothing else for what is described above: no renewals and no per-email fees.
- Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Stripe is the seller of record and shows the total, tax included, before you pay.
- After checkout you will see optional upgrades, each with a "No thanks". You do not need any of them to use everything described on this page.
You need your own sending account. Silo does not send email for you. Before your first send you connect Amazon SES or an SMTP provider (for example SMTP2GO, Brevo or Mailgun) that you pay directly. Amazon lists SES at about $0.10 per 1,000 emails. New SES accounts have to be approved by Amazon before they can send to real addresses, which can take a day or more, so it is worth starting early. Our SES guide and SMTP guide walk through it.
Life of the product
You keep access for as long as Silo is operated, on the limits you bought. That means the life of the product, not your own. If we ever discontinue Silo we will give reasonable notice and help you take a copy of your data.
You bring the sending
Your email goes out through your own SES or SMTP account, under that provider's terms and billed by them. Silo never falls back to a shared account.
Fair-use sending
The 100,000 a month is a fair-use allowance, not a meter. If a broadcast would go past what is left this month, Silo tells you before it sends.
The Acceptable Use Policy applies
The same rules as every account: consent-based lists, and no bought, rented or scraped lists. If bounces or complaints go over the limits in the policy, sending is paused automatically.
30-day refund
Ask for a full refund of any payment within 30 days by emailing support@silomailpro.com. A refund, or a payment dispute, ends the purchase it covers. Refunding the $97 ends your lifetime plan and any upgrades that depend on it.
Limited to 200 licences
The launch is capped at the first 200 Silo Lifetime licences. There is no countdown clock. When all 200 are sold we stop selling it, and this page will say so.

Questions
Lifetime FAQ
Is it really for life?
For the life of the Silo product, on the limits you bought. You will not be charged again for them. If we ever stopped running Silo we would give reasonable notice and help you export your data; that is written into the Terms.
What if I outgrow 10,000 contacts?
There are three optional one-time upgrades, offered after the $97 checkout and never required: More Contacts ($67), Extra Domains ($67) and Agency ($197). More Contacts raises your contact limit. If you need more room than that gives, email support@silomailpro.com and we will talk it through. Your Starter limits stay as they are either way.
Do I need an AWS account?
Only if you pick Amazon SES, which is the cheapest option for most senders. Any SMTP provider that allows marketing email works instead. Either way you need one of the two before you can send.
How do refunds work?
Email support@silomailpro.com within 30 days of a payment and you get that payment back in full. A refund ends what that payment bought. If you refund an optional upgrade, only that upgrade ends. If you refund the $97, the lifetime plan and any upgrades that depend on it end and the account follows the normal read-only schedule described in the Terms, so export your data first if you need it.
Why only 200?
Silo costs us server space and support for every account, and a lifetime account never pays monthly. Capping the launch keeps that sustainable. Sending costs us nothing, because you bring your own.
